Shop Policies

If you have concerns relating to any of the following, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help out!

  • Exchanges can be made, as long as we haven't packed your order yet.

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations.

  • Sando + Friends is not responsible for taxes, fees, delays, damage or loss due to postal service or customs.

  • Untracked orders cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in the mail.* This shipping method is not recommended, however, we offer untracked shipping for sticker and paper items as a more affordable option for our local and worldwide friends.

* Untracked orders sent between 1 October 2023 and 29 February 2024 are eligible for replacement or refund if received damaged. We have upgraded our letter mail packaging and apologise for any inconvenience! <3


Shipping within Australia

For free tracked shipping on Australian orders over AU$75, use the code AUSFRIEND at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Sydney AU, via Australia Post or Sendle. These may take approx. 2-7 days to deliver, depending on your location. 

The following shipping options will be available depending on the items in your cart:

✉️ Stamped Mail - Untracked
Stickers and paper items only. Items will be sent in a stamped rigid envelope via normal letter mail. Please be aware this shipping method cannot be refunded or replaced if lost in the mail.

📦 Standard Parcel - Tracked
Highly recommended! Comes with a freebie of two!

 

International Shipping

For free tracked shipping on International orders over AU$100, use the code INTLFRIEND at checkout.

Orders outside Australia take approx. 9-25+ days to deliver, depending on your location and shipping method.

All orders are shipped from Sydney AU, via Australia Post. To check for disruptions or restrictions to your country, go to: auspost.com.au/service-updates

The following shipping options will be available depending on the items in your cart:
